A top priority for me is the people who do stuff benefit from that stuff, instead of some removed jerks.
Along side health care, food, shelter, an environment that’s sustainable for human life.
I’m not familiar with anarchism’s solutions to these things.
Generally, the fewer people driving, the better the experience is for those who do drive.

The right wing are a bunch of insecure idiots who can’t grapple with the complexity of real life, and so demand everything be simplified into hierarchical in-group and out-group. They’re failures. Even dogs can figure that out.

My last two jobs had really great insurance with no deductible and little to no premium paid by me. Really lucked out when I had a bone breaking accident.
My current insurance from a rather large company is $3500 deductible in network, $6000 out of network, and $450 a month paid by me.
Anyone who knew how anything relevant worked could have predicted this. Unfortunately, most people don’t know shit about fuck, but they vote trump anyway.

Most software engineers I’ve talked to don’t like being interrupted in the middle of some deep thought. Especially if it means shelving current work to check out something else
I didn’t mean I need them to keep it digital. I meant I don’t want my train of thought interrupted. A “take a number” and “now serving” sign would work fine, if it gated the conversation until I was ready. Or just they send a message asking to talk and wait for me to say “ok come on over”

people that just walk up to your desk and start asking questions. Send a message like “can we talk about XYZ?” and I’ll get to it when I get to it. Though this maybe is a learned behavior from people who are bad at responding to messages.
I had a pair of coworkers that would chat over slack all day. One of them had a laugh. My other coworker at the other side of the large office would message me “what’s so fucking funny over there?”. I never knew because they never shared.
Surely he exists in the real world, with like an address and favorite outdoor dining spots. These people are too comfortable in their evil lives of wealth.
Always been an effective rich people’s strategy to get labor to to fight amongst themselves. Labor as a whole actually knows how to do things, and actually does the things. Rich people merely “own” stuff, and have class traitor goons willing to use violence to enforce that.
YouTube and other platforms are guilty for platforming this stuff, too.

Like my old CEO at a startup wanted people to work nights and weekends to hit deadlines. I’m like, if we make it big you get rich and I get the same salary. That’s a horrible deal for me. Give me a lot of equity and we’ll talk.
