1·1 month agoIt’s more comparable to say “let’s ban products from stores” instead of saying a specific product or ingredient.
An algorithm is just “if this then that”, which is impossible to write software without (not assuming you don’t know, just for anyone else reading).

6·1 month agoThe majority of those people agree that it was bad - they just don’t think it’s the same. And they will never think so, unless they’re literally waving nazi flags and heil.
It’s been branded as such a great evil that nothing can ever compare.

61·3 months agoYeah, it’s odd. I honestly doubt it works.

It took me a long time before I signed up. I think I lucked for at least a year. I didn’t want to join an instance and then regret it. And all instances have their own small novel of rules, that I need to read through to know if I agree with. And even if you do, you have to send an application and get approved as well.
It almost scared me away - I’d imagine the same goes for a lot of people.
