People must forget what they’ve read, forget what they’ve seen, and forget what they imagine to be and go out and live. Go to the store, go see a band, go to a museum, go for a walk. You’ll find most people want to be kind and good and help each other.

And why can’t you go out into the real world and meet anybody?

Someone please tell me this isn’t just a simple case of this administration telling the FDA to ignore and reverse their accurate findings because the company being impacted is a big MAGA doner?

People who purposely use your wrong pronouns are just assholes. I’m not talking about them. Just regular people. And your pronouns, or your name, or what skin color you have are just labels. Not who you are.

Self identity doesn’t require external validation. You define yourself through your actions, not by what you say you are. It’s not a sign of disrespect if someone doesn’t use your preferred pronouns, it’s that they just don’t care. They’re more concerned with you being a good neighbor or that you use your turn signals or say please and thank you or make eye contact when you’re talking to someone or that you bathe before you go out in public. Pronouns are superficial. Try actually contributing something positive to the world instead of acting like a victim.

Because there’s a lot more important stuff to worry about than someone’s fucking pronouns.

It supports the approach in Iran where all we have to do is bomb them back to the stone age in order to “win”. Another example is when Hegseth made all the generals come to Washington, in person, to dress them down, or to rename the Department of Defense to the Department of War, or to stop the promotion of women to higher ranks. Not only does it tie in nicely with the incompetence of the administration, because, what is the need for thinking through things or considering the consequences of actions when all you need is might, but it also serves as a distraction to the dangers happening behind the scenes like Russell Vought dismantling the federal government or the unimpeded creation of the surveillance state or the rise of unelected oligarchs who have far too much influence on society. And don’t even get me started about the complete inability of the democrats to meet this moment.
