I do not know how old the original post is but we just deployed the marines on to a tiny island close to Iran which is responsible for the majority of their fuel exports. We are also monitoring the Iranian coastline and bombing it as needed. That does not sound like an invasion that isn’t going according to plan. Maybe it was a horrible plan, but it was the plan, a horrible one but it is working. Our boots are on the ground and will remain there indefinitely.

These bombers can only fly when the target nation has depleted air defence. Take Iran for example, the only reason the US government was able to drop bombs at Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow in June, 2025 was because the Israelis has damaged the Iranian air defence network. If those systems were still intact, those bombers would become a very expensive firework display, even more colorful than the ones we see during festivals.

All I am saying is every nation has a right to defend themselves, and if you can not, you will be bombed to smithereens. The winners get to tell the rest of the world your story…like Japan and Germany.

What many people are missing here is that Trump is currently the most powerful human being on earth and everyone outside his power circle is wasting their time if they think they can influence his decisions. He has routinely demonstrated the law does not apply to his government and may even run for 3rd term or outright, cancel the elections because “we are at war”. He already replaced the president in Venezuela, and will do the same for Iran and Russia. China and India are actual paperweights with the illusion of a billion count human population each. That will not faze him.
