Even if the plane itself was “free”, they are voting to make a $1B gift (the cost to retrofit the plane) from tax money to one guy personally?

No trade deficit, so this time the tax seems to be only about helping one person skip a fair trial and potentially prison time. Are they afraid of Brazil starting a trend?

Does separation (possibly via a referendum) fall into any of these cases?
