NEW = GOOD is just as “retarfed” as NEW = BAD
can you you conceive of a world where some new things are good and some new things are bad? dating apps are definitely one of the bad things.
Yes it is possible, and quite fun. I think the main thing with artful nudes is decentering the genitals and kind of focusing more on the whole body. It doesn’t need to erect, fully exposed, and center of the frame. I’ve got a picture of me posing sort of wrapped around a rifle, flaccid dick half covered by the rifle. I by no means have an impressive body, I’m very skinny and not very tall, but this image fucking KILLS whenever I share it. The image has a sort of juxtiposition between the shy/coy body language and the rifle being a symbol of strength/power. You feel me?

Okay so to make sure I understand you:
- Men gatekeeping womanhood: Terrible
- Women gatekeeping womanhood: Bad
- Men gatekeeping manhood: Good
- Women gatekeeping manhood: Fine
Is that correct? Do you not see the obvious double standard here? The fact that Joe Rogan is an idiot tool is not really relevant here, especially to anyone who has like… any principles.
I don’t want you to say it either, but it’s especially obnoxious when people gatekeep a gender they don’t even belong to. Women gatekeeping womanhood is bad. Men gatekeeping womenhood is terrible. Am I making sense to you?
Hearing a joke once is easy to brush off but hearing it 1000 times gets grating. It’s like how transphobes have 2 jokes we’ve heard 1000 times each. At a certain point it’s just like… holy shit can you shut up?
Women who find this appropriate, I hope you also find it appropriate for men to define what makes a girl into a woman. What I’m getting at is that I’m tired of these posts and I think that if you’re not a man, you should shut up forever when discussion of “what makes a real man” is concerned.

11·4 months agoYeah, like being held in captivity and tortured endlessly. That’s worse than death. I wouldn’t really say becoming religious is on the same level as Guantanamo Bay.

I don’t think any natural thing exists for a reason. That’s reserved for things made or at least caused by sentient beings.

Seattle@lemmy.world•What ritual could be used to dub one a Seattleite?English
6·4 months agoPeople don’t connect like that here. If they did, the first rite would surely be to step over a homeless person without making eye contact.
In order to believe complements one would first have to receive them
We look both ways no matter what because that’s the protocol and the protocol keeps us safe. If you believe it’s safe to deviate from the protocol, you’re opening up a chance to be wrong. It’s that simple.
My chemistry teacher told us this when we were first handling dangerous chemicals and it’s stuck with me ever since.
I only pasted a link because I had a feeling you weren’t gonna be worth the conversation and I was right
