How does an endorsement of the Leave it Blank campaign equate with being a tankie? Leaving a primary ballot blank makes it completely unignorable that there are active voters who don’t support the candidates. It’s the actual way to send the message that non-voters like to fantasize they’re sending.

Is there a citation for a direct statement on this? All I have found is his statement in 2020 of being a transitional candidate or a bridge. I agree it’s reasonable to equate this to not planning to seek a second term. But it would nice to have a more direct and explicit statement of such to cite.

Correct but impeachment is the first step towards removing from office. I’d still prefer the House impeach those deserving of removal and it failing in the Senate rather than the House just shrugging it off entirely because people expect the Senate won’t follow through.
