The IP one is hilarious. I’ve likely had hundreds of IPs in the last 5 years, and I don’t know any of them. Would you just send a range of potential options or do they expect me to know and write out hundreds of IP addresses? The total range of every carrier I’ve used in the last 5 years?
I definitely buy YouTube premium, have had it for a few years. But I also use it a ton instead of Netflix or Amazon or anything else. I figure at a minimum of 50 hours a week on YouTube I should probably pay for it, even at the like $20 AUD a month or whatever it’s climbed to at this point, and creators get a % of my premium money so that supports people.
Using boost, it’s fairly reliable and I enjoy it.

You actually had to edit files? Outside of me breaking things first (yay mods) I’ve only had to edit 1 file ever, and that was mass effect 1 on an old and laptop that was uhh… not suitable for the task given to it.

Compatibility my only concerns are modded games afaik. Forza I think has issues but I’m pretty sick of forza, anyway, fh5 gave me a ton of grief.
It’s literally redownloading everything. My internet is likely slower than the moon. Im not touching it without needing to start from scratch anyway, because it’ll knock my internet out for like a month.
I have terabytes of games, shit internet and no patience for things that don’t just work immediately. I can only tolerated windows because I’ve already fixed it and I don’t have to keep fixing it anymore.
Who knows what will happen with my next gaming laptop though, if it’s fresh and empty I won’t have that excuse, although there is always ‘cbf’ to fall back on.
