I was in this area recently and was struck by how different it feels now, so I looked up these street view images showing how much it’s changed. These are in almost exactly the same position.

And most of it was within a year or two. All happened at the same time around 2020. Real fast
I haven’t been to any of the Seattle neighborhoods in years. But yeah I did some street-view review of the spots that I knew and lived by … almost all of them were unrecognizable.
