In the US if they’re pissing in a public place like a sidewalk or street etc anyone can film it and post it all they want. Just don’t mark the content “for children” when you post it.
If a town put this up, and I was piss drunk, I’d 100% go to town. Unless you are a local townie, the consequences are minimal.

I am all but certain that when small neighborhoods put up those speed camera that don’t do anything or speed bumps it only makes the neighborhood louder. Instead of narrowing the roads they will just piss people off who will just floor it.
