The artist responded to this question in the previous post. It’s more of a mutual understanding.
Ah, it seems I missed that DUM was another character completely. The animations moved too fast to make that out on his hat or in the dialog in the last one on my phone.
I think that is the biggest mistake I made: Not holding the frames long enough / pausing. Obviously I know whats happening, but the animations move way too fast to register everything.
Don’t worry, you are learning and it’s fun to watch even if the plot is deeper than what I am able to perceive. Needless to say I am on the edge of my seat for the next episode.
My client also doesn’t have playback control on gifs, so I can’t pause or rewind. So I end up watching each episode like 12 times haha. It’s a good thing the animations are so clean and appealing to the eye
