    They would’ve pulled that joke regardless of gender. Matt and Trey aren’t misogynistic and I’d bet my life on that. Moreover, and I’ll copy-paste my own answer from somewhere else:

    Aside from this episode, what often saddens me is the realization that remarkably many men and women are so psychologically damaged to the point that their body dysmorphia leads them to think that this Eraserhead/Chucky-like plastic surgery is more aesthetically pleasing than normal aging.
