I just watched the pilot! I haven’t gone to sleep yet and I’m already having nightmares because I’m a weenie! Jolly good show!

The second one comes out tomorrow morning, and I’m looking forward to watching it with the polycule!

      We live in an age of such extreme capitalism that even our folklore and culture are bought and sold. They own everything.

        And it’s interesting how Disney leaned heavily into that folklore with their early princess stories because they were free use in the public domain, but then proceeded to lobby against art going into the public domain, extending it an entire century.

        Untold works of all mediums have been lost because of this, as they could not be circulated and enjoyed even when the creator was long dead.

        All for that stupid fucking mouse on a steamboat.

          I also hate how Disney has taught multiple generations of little girls that their greatest ambition should be to become an aristocratic sex slave. Which, is what a princess is. They were bought and sold on the basis of what their vaginas could do. It’s disgusting.
