The milk gets too warm.

Mexico… Mexico has banned sugar in schools and also high fructose corn syrup from being used in anything.
You know you could just google this…. Yeah….? Also context made this pretty damn obvious as well.

It’s the reason they banned sugar, and that’s turned out pretty well hasn’t it?

Just answering your question dude, go whinge somewhere else.

It’s more appealing to kids is the reasoning.

In my city it’s complaint based, so neighbor or passerby calls it in.

Leaving the snow creates a “barrier” so less snow gets pushed back in.
I’m in the party of doing it a couple times during the snowfall so it’s not so much all at once.
Just life sometimes like hitting you over the head.

Legally you have 24 hours after the snow stops snowing to clear the sidewalk, driveway doesn’t NEED to be done, but it gets done so it’s not a future issue.
I have the benefit and downfall of being on a bus route, so it gets plowed pretty fast. Anything without a bus doesn’t get plowed at all, playground roads are the last priority.

They even have a resource page
They even have routes that they can declare temporary parking bans in to clear snow better if it gets THAT bad.

Rookie mistake doing it before the plow comes by.

Looks like an excavator tooth.

A lot of fruit trees need “chill hours” to be able to fruit next season.

Their comment feels like they are ignoring their cup that’s on its way to boiling, while their neighbors has already started.
When those places become inhospitable, they need to go somewhere, and if your climate is already stressed, they won’t be able to start doing anything, since it’s already too late.
If affects everyone, even when it appears it’s only your neighbours. It doesn’t affect them less, just later.

Even in mild climates it’s causing massive heat and/or chill spikes that will kill crops and destroy trees and other plants.
You’re affected, and this article is proving the point quite well with comments like yours.

Because I work with LLMs daily. I understand how they work.
Clearly you don’t, because context data modifies how the training data extrapolates.
You can use something, while not being educated on how to use it. And just using something does not mean you understand how they work. Your comments have made it QUITE clear that you have no idea.
People who just whing about AI and pretend they know how they work are the worst kind of people right now.

So you use a programming llm instead of a generic one….
Or do you think all llms and ai are the same?

Can’t answer the question eh?
What a shocker.
If you can’t explain your or justify your side, I’ve got no time for people like you.

Because that’s how they work…? It’s not an actual physical book… you don’t seriously think this do you…? it’s the text data inside, like any other text file it would use for context.
Where do you think it gets its data from…?

Why are you so focused on just the training? The data is ALSO the issue.
Of course if you ignore one fix, that works, of course you can only cry it’s not fixable.
But it is.

Why do you think it’s solely a training issue?
Cold coffee tastes great, hot coffee tastes great. Room temp coffee… not so much.
Same applies to countless other things as well.
